Are we delivering hot tubs and swimspas during lock down? And other FAQ’s…

It has been a challenging time over the past couple of months, with many people having to stay home and not be able to fulfil their usual timetable of seeing friends and loved ones, plus many other new and stressful challenges. Many people have asked us if we are still delivering hot tubs and swim spas whilst the lock down is in place, and the short answer is… yes! If it is in stock, we can deliver to you.

Whilst our showrooms remain closed, to help maintain social distancing measures, we are still able to fulfil our online orders. We understand that many of you are waiting patiently to enjoy their usual swimming timetable, enjoy eating out at their favourite bistro or enjoy that spa day they have been looking forward to, to help protect yourself and others from Covid-19.

We encourage those of you who have an interest in buying any of our products, from swim spas to spa chemicals, or have been thinking about it for a while and have been looking for the right time, to view the products on our website shop and give us a call on 01980 611 555 if you wish to discuss any of our products and feel reassured that what will be delivered is exactly what you have ordered. What better time to enjoy a hot tub or swim spa in your home or garden – especially during lockdown where you may be craving some relaxation time and keep yourself occupied in your spare time whilst we wait for ‘things to go back to normal’.

We have been able to deliver products to customers countrywide during this period, in the same way, that other companies have been able to deliver goods to your door, maintaining social distancing upon arrival and following a call about what requirements may be needed at the destination of your hot tub in order to get it into the right place.

We have also been asked questions about maintenance and we are pleased to confirm that our engineers will be able to return to work on Monday 18th May 2020, where social distancing measures can be applied. We will assess each maintenance request on an individual case basis to ensure the safest possible visit for you and our engineers, in order to carry out any necessary checks and repairs. We are also offering technical advice over the phone and supporting customers where they need advice.

As well as hot tubs and swim spas, you can also purchase spa chemicals and accessories online from our store and we can deliver easily, providing that we have the items in stock.
